HISTORY

On August 28, 1974, the inhabitants of Achna, chased by the Turkish army, took refuge in a forest along with inhabitants of surrounding villages. It was the displaced people’s need to find a home after the Turkish invasion that created this new settlement, and was named Dasaki Achnas.
