The following information has been prepared for you in order to make your stay in Cyprus as memorable as possible. We are personally available to assist customers in every aspect of their search for a villa in Protaras and Ayia Napa and we offer our services in order to ensure that your stay in one of our villas is as pleasant and unforgettable as a dream. Before we proceed to answer some of the most Frequently Asked Questions we would like to provide you with the following guidelines.

Arrival Day: If a representative has arranged to welcome you at the airport, he or she will be standing outside the airport terminal and will be holding a sign with your name on it. They will ensure your safe arrival at the villa. This can be done either by hiring a taxi or by renting a car. Let us know in advance.

At the Property: The Property Manager or a representative will be responsible for showing you over the property either the same day or the following and also to answer any questions you may have about the resort and the island in general. This is the time to ask about different excursions or special restaurants you want to visit.

Privacy: Occasionally someone may stop by the property to execute some sort of maintenance tasks. We know that this might be a little inconvenient to you, we apologize for this but these tasks have to be done.

Getting Around: While taxis are widely available on the island, we strongly recommend that you rent a car. Villas2Let can arrange this for you. We can make prior reservations for a car, jeep or scooter via our reservation centre as well as arranging boat trips and scuba diving. Remember to drive on the LEFT side of the road and watch out for those folks who forget. The island pace is slow, so take your time and enjoy.

Food and Beverage: For late arrivals it's suggested to ask for a welcome pack. Please help yourself to anything you wish. Upon your departure, leave whatever you don’t want. Please remember that food left on the counters and in open boxes will attract ants. To avoid this, keep food in the fridge.

Baby cribs: A crib can be made available for any of the villas. Just let us know in advance so that it is ready on your arrival.

1. Is maid service included?

We do not offer maid service but the property will be cleaned before your arrival and after you leave. If you stay longer than 7 days we will arrange a mid- clean.

2. How far in advance should we book?

The earlier- the better. To ensure your chosen property is available, book as soon as possible !

3. What happens if we break something while we are in the house?

As soon as it occurs, we would like you to inform the property management office so that a representative can visit the property and examine the damage. Either the owner or the property management will arrange the repair and will provide you with a receipt. Then the amount paid for fixing the damage will be subtracted from the security deposit.

4. Is the rental period always Sunday to Sunday?

There’s no restriction on this scheme but the most preferable bookings are Sunday-to-Sunday and Wednesday-to-Wednesday. You can rent a property for as many days as you like so long as it’s available for those days.

5. Who can I contact if my arrival is unexpectedly delayed?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 18:00pm. You can also contact the property management office directly. The numbers of the responsible persons will be sent to you.

6. The owner or property manager asked me to pay an additional fee at the time of my arrival or departure.

All additional costs are clearly stated in the property description. We still advise customers to ask the Property Manager and/or representative about any additional costs related to consumption and the exact price at the time of arrival to avoid any unpleasant surprises on departure.
